Arrests Made in Connection with Murder of Brazilian Council Member

The former Chief of Rio de Janeiro Civil Police, Rivaldo Barbosa, along with a Brazilian Congressman and his brother, were arrested for plotting the assassination of Rio City Councilwoman Marielle Franco and her driver in 2018.
