Israel-Hamas War: IDF Advances in Southern Gaza, Humanitarian Crisis Deepens

Israeli forces have launched a ground incursion into the southern Gaza Strip, following aerial and ground attacks in the north. The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) have advanced into the Khan Younis region in southern Gaza, as well as the Jabalya and Shejaiya regions in the north. Palestinians in southern Gaza, who had sought refuge there, now have limited safe places to flee. Meanwhile, the Biden administration has imposed visa restrictions on "extremist settlers" from Israel and Palestinians involved in actions undermining peace and stability in the West Bank.
