IDF's Successful Offensive: Hamas Defeated in Jabaliya

The Israeli Defense Force (IDF) gained full control of the city of Jabaliya in Gaza, but three IDF soldiers were killed in the process. The IDF announced that 129 Israelis are being held captive in Gaza, while 110 hostages have been freed and 11 hostage bodies have been rescued. The IDF continues to search for live hostages and has requested that videos of hostages not be watched or shared. Efforts to negotiate a hostage-release agreement are ongoing, with Israel offering a humanitarian truce. Meanwhile, the IDF is making progress in dismantling Hamas's military capabilities in Jabaliya and Shejaiya neighborhoods. In other fronts, Hezbollah launched missile attacks and sent drones into northern Israel, while the Houthis in Yemen continued to attack ships in the Red Sea. The IDF also operated in the West Bank and arrested terror suspects. Over 2,800 Israelis have been significantly wounded since the start of the war.
