"Kibbutz Nir Oz Mourns the Loss of Resident Tamir Adar"

Tamir Adar, a 38-year-old resident of Kibbutz Nir Oz, previously believed to be held captive by Hamas, was announced killed on October 7. His body remains in the Gaza Strip. Adar was a family man, farmer, educator, and a fan of Israeli music and Maccabi Tel Aviv. His grandmother, Yaffa Adar, also a victim of kidnapping by Hamas, was released during a ceasefire in November.
