Israel's "safe zone" in Gaza fails to provide relief for Palestinians

The area is not recognized by UNRWA, and residents are forced to fend for themselves, buying their own food and building their own shelters. The lack of privacy and poor hygiene are major concerns, and the tents provide little protection from the cold temperatures.
