American Woman in Israel Describes Hamas Abduction of Her Family as Unimaginable Horror

An American living in Israel, Abbey Onn, expressed that the abduction of her family by Hamas is "the worse of two evils" compared to their death. Onn's family members were taken hostage after Hamas invaded their community near the Gaza border. The Israeli Defense Forces later regained control of the area, finding that Hamas had burned the entire community. Hamas is believed to have taken up to 150 hostages since the attack. Onn's fears were compounded when Hezbollah, an Iran-backed terrorist group, launched attacks on Israel. Despite the threats, Onn hopes that the international community will intervene and bring back the hostages.
