"UN Reports 1.7 Million Palestinians Displaced in Gaza Conflict"

The UN reports that approximately 1.7 million Palestinians, nearly three-quarters of Gaza's population, have been displaced, with 900,000 seeking shelter in crowded UN-run facilities. Strikes in refugee camps have resulted in the deaths of at least 40 people, with an increase of 1,200 deaths reported in a day. The Palestinian Health Ministry states that over 12,700 Palestinians, including thousands of minors and women, have been killed in Gaza. Another 4,000 people are believed to be missing and buried in rubble.
