Zelenskiy Launches Counteroffensive as Heavy Clashes Erupt in Eastern Ukraine

The Ukrainian military reported heavy clashes with Russian forces in the Donetsk and Luhansk regions, with Ukrainian counteroffensive actions underway. The military reported 28 combat clashes and 15 strikes by the Ukrainian Air Force. The Kakhovka dam breach on the Dnieper River has caused flooding, with more than 10,000 residents cut off from the rest of Ukraine and 27 people missing in flooded areas of Kherson.
