Ukraine's Kupiansk Urges Evacuations Amid Russian Advance

Authorities in the Ukrainian town of Kupiansk have called for evacuations due to an increase in Russian attacks. The Russian army claims to have "improved" its positions near Kupiansk in the Kharkiv region. Kupiansk and its surrounding areas were previously retaken by Ukrainian forces but have come under renewed assault by Moscow. The Ukrainian army has identified Kupiansk as the main direction of the enemy's offensive. Russia reported a three-kilometer advance along the Kupiansk front on Monday.
