Ukraine's Forces Push Forward in Counteroffensive Against Russian Trenches.

Russia launched drone attacks on several regions of Ukraine, and fighting continued in key pockets across the long front line as Ukrainian forces pushed to oust occupying Russian troops. Ukrainian forces claimed modest gains, including the liberation of seven villages, but the advances have been slow. Russian airstrikes, including drone and missile attacks, also continued, with air raid sirens sounding overnight in Kyiv and Lviv. The collapse of the Kakhovka dam has altered Kyiv's plans to advance in the south, and more than 800 houses remain flooded.
