Ukraine's Advancement Breaks Through Final Russian Defense Line in Zaporizhzhia Oblast

Ukrainian armored vehicles have advanced past the final Russian defensive line in western Zaporizhzhia Oblast, breaching the tri-layered defense and engaging in limited combat. The Institute for the Study of War (ISW) stated that it is unclear if Ukrainian forces still hold these positions, but this marks the first observed instance of Ukrainian armored vehicles operating beyond the Russian defense.
