SOHR: Jordan responsible for killing drug trafficker in Syria.

Jordan is believed to be behind an air raid that killed a prominent drug dealer, Marai al-Ramthan, and his family in southern Syria, according to the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights. The attack came after Jordan warned it would use force to eliminate drug trafficking to its territories and onwards to Arab Gulf nations. Another attack hit a building that housed a drug factory. Jordan has become a transit point for the trade, and the country has previously launched raids targeting drug smugglers in Syria.
