Ongoing Russia-Ukraine Conflict: Explosions and Attacks Continue.

Early-morning rocket strikes in Kyiv injured three people and damaged several cars and a building. The majority of the targets were destroyed in the air, and debris landed in several different districts. Meanwhile, Ukraine has been using new, longer-range missiles to hit deep inside Russian-held territory, including the occupied eastern Ukrainian city of Luhansk, which has been out of reach of most Ukrainian weapons. Russia has linked the explosions in Luhansk to long-range missiles recently supplied to Ukraine by Britain.
