"Multiple Injuries Reported in Russian Strike on Ukraine's Kharkiv Region"

At least 31 people, including nine children, have been injured in Ukraine's Kharkiv region after a missile struck a residential building's carpark. The missile, believed to be Russian, landed in the town of Pervomaisky, causing significant damage. Ukrainian officials have condemned the attack as another war crime by Russia. Pervomaisky is located far from the current fighting hotspots but was heavily targeted during the early days of Russia's invasion last year. Russia has not yet commented on the incident.
