Ukraine's counteroffensive gains momentum as footage emerges of a Russian ammunition depot being struck in the contested southern Ukrainian territory of Kherson. The explosion reportedly took place in the village of Rykove, close to the port city of Henichesk, which is under Russian control. The Ukrainian air force said it had struck a Russian ammunition storage site in the Kherson region. The counteroffensive has seen gains for Kyiv's fighters across southern and eastern Ukraine, with Ukraine's Deputy Defense Minister saying that Ukrainian forces are pushing in "several directions at once."
