At least nine people, including two children, were injured when Russian missiles struck a residential tower block and a building belonging to Ukraine's security services in the eastern Ukrainian city of Dnipro. President Volodymyr Zelensky blamed "Russian missile terror" and convened emergency meetings with various officials. This was the third time the security services building had been targeted by Russia. Earlier, Russia claimed to have intercepted two Ukrainian missiles over its southern Rostov region, resulting in injuries and damage in the city of Taganrog.
