Intense Aerial and Ground Combat Erupts Between Russia and Ukraine.

Video footage shows Russian TOS-1 thermobaric missiles raining down on central Bakhmut, Ukraine, causing destruction and massive flames. The amount and type of destruction caused by the strike is unclear. Bakhmut is a strategic location for Moscow, and Russian forces have been attempting to take control of the city with the help of mercenaries from the Wagner Group. Ukrainian forces continue to defend Bakhmut, but Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky suggested that he might order troops to withdraw in case they face Russian encirclement.
