Hezbollah Removes Tent from Israeli Territory Amid U.S. Pressure

Hezbollah has reportedly removed one of the two tents it set up on the Israeli side of the Blue Line, condensing its fighters into the remaining tent while moving the second one to the Lebanese side. Israeli officials believe this move is an attempt by Hezbollah to avoid an armed confrontation. Israel had previously sent a message threatening an armed confrontation if the outpost was not removed. The outpost, established by Hezbollah in April, sits south of the internationally recognized Blue Line. Efforts to peacefully remove the tents have been unsuccessful, and Israel has stated that it will take care of the situation.
