Two key electricity supply stations in Russia's Belgorod region have been destroyed in a suspected Ukrainian drone attack, leaving thousands without power. The attack came as Ukraine is reportedly preparing a counteroffensive to grab back territory from invading Russian forces. Intelligence chief Major-General Kyrylo Budanov said knowingly in a recent interview that territory in western Russia was seeing many unusual explosions and fires.
