Yemen's national airline halts Sanaa-Jordan flights

Yemen's national airline, Yemenia, will suspend its only international commercial flight from Sanaa to Jordan in response to the Houthi administration blocking the carrier from withdrawing its funds in Sanaa banks. The airline had proposed a compromise where 70% of the funds would go to the Houthi administration and the remaining 30% to the internationally recognized government, but the offer was rejected. Yemenia called on the Houthi authorities to lift the restrictions on its assets, but negotiations failed, leading to the decision to suspend flights.
