France's Macron Secures Airbus Deal and Loans During Bangladesh Visit

Biman, the national airline of Bangladesh, has committed to acquiring 10 Airbus A350 family aircraft to expand its operations and replace its oldest widebody planes. This marks the first time Biman will purchase Airbus aircraft, as its fleet has been exclusively composed of Boeing planes since 2016. The order includes two freighter variants of the A350, which will enhance Bangladesh's export capabilities, particularly in the textile industry. The specific delivery timelines have not been disclosed yet.
