More than 20 passengers on a Singapore Airlines flight that experienced severe turbulence remain in intensive care with spinal, brain, and skull injuries, according to a Bangkok hospital. The turbulence caused passengers and crew to be thrown around the cabin, resulting in significant injuries and one death. The flight, which was en route from London to Singapore, made an emergency landing in Bangkok, where emergency response teams were waiting. 55 people remain hospitalized, and a relief flight transported 143 passengers to Singapore.
