"World's Best New Buildings Revealed at WAF Awards 2023: A Visual Journey"

The World Architecture Festival (WAF) Awards has unveiled its shortlist of almost 250 completed projects, including a Dubai mosque, a Singapore skyscraper, and a panda breeding research facility in Chengdu, China. The awards, which cover 18 categories, will be judged live by a panel of experts in Singapore in November, with the overall winner named "World Building of the Year" in December. Last year's winner was Australia's Quay Quarter Tower, and this year's shortlist also includes Newark Liberty International Airport's Terminal A and national stadiums in Cambodia and Senegal.
