"Transforming Warehouses into Luxurious Villas: The Innovative Design by Arii Irie Architects"

Arii Irie Architects has designed a unique Warehouse Villa in Isumi, Japan. The owner, who runs a restaurant business, wanted a warehouse to store furniture and cooking appliances while also serving as a vacation house for his family and friends. The architecture features a 0.5mm thick corrugated metal sheet and corrugated polycarbonate skin, with custom-made windows and doors. The design allows for flexibility, with the possibility of setting up a tent or additional shed inside. The aim was to create a wholesome atmosphere where inhabitants can enjoy nature.
