"Socially Engaging Retreat and Artistic Living: A Concrete Haven in Argentina"

Arpon Arquitectura has completed a family retreat in Argentina's La Deseada community, designed to foster social gatherings and take advantage of the scenic mountain views. The L-shaped concrete house is situated on a sloping terrain, with the main goal of ensuring views of the mountains from any vantage point within the house. The design incorporates traditional elements such as exposed concrete slabs and walls, along with wood accents and glass to connect with the environment. The two-level house features a gathering area, study, bedrooms, living and dining space, kitchen, and a patio with a pool. The design integrates the natural mountain cut and maintains privacy while creating a seamless transition between indoor and outdoor spaces.
