Rescued Duckling Returns with 11 Chicks.

A couple who hand-reared a duckling before releasing her back to the wild were surprised when she returned to their home six months later with a new boyfriend and 11 ducklings. The couple had taken the mallard, named Freda, in after finding her abandoned on a fishing lake. They allowed her to roam around their home and garden and even created a pond for her to swim in. Freda formed a bond with her rescuers and returned to their home with her new family.
