Bobi, a purebred Rafeiro do Alentejo from Portugal, celebrated his 31st birthday, making him the oldest dog ever recorded, according to Guinness World Records. Bobi's owner, Leonel Costa, said the senior pup was in good health and recently received a check-up due to concerns about the stress of frequent visitors. Costa attributed his dog's longevity in part to the "calm, peaceful environment" where he lives.
