Ukraine's Missile Strikes Target Russian Naval Bases in Crimea

Ukrainian forces launched a second missile attack on the city of Sevastopol in Crimea, a day after targeting the headquarters of Russia's Black Sea Fleet. The attack resulted in debris falling near a pier and a park, with ferry traffic temporarily halted. Ukraine has been increasingly targeting naval facilities in Crimea to weaken Russian morale and military strength. Ukraine's intelligence chief claimed that at least nine people were killed and 16 others wounded in the previous day's attack, including a Russian general in serious condition. The U.S. has agreed to provide Ukraine with long-range ATACMS ballistic missiles to enhance their military capabilities.
