Tragedy Strikes South African Navy: 3 Crew Members Lost in Submarine Incident

Three South African Navy crew members died and a senior officer is in critical condition after seven crew members were swept off the deck of a submarine by big waves during a "vertical transfer" of supplies. The accident occurred off the coast of Cape Town, and all seven submariners were recovered, but three were pronounced dead.
