Tragic Grizzly Bear Attack Claims Lives in Banff National Park

Two people were killed in a grizzly bear attack in Banff National Park in Canada. The attack occurred on Friday night, and despite efforts by the Wildlife Human Attack Response Team, the couple was found dead by the time they arrived. A grizzly bear that was acting aggressively in the area was euthanized. Fatal attacks by grizzlies are rare, and it is believed that most bear attacks occur due to surprise encounters.
