Tragic Boating Accident Claims Life of Lexington Middle School Student

An 11-year-old boy from Lexington, Massachusetts, died in a boating accident at a Boy Scout camp in New Hampshire. Keoni Hubbard, a member of Boy Scout Troop 119, was pronounced dead at the scene. The tragedy was witnessed by several other students attending the same summer camp. Lexington Public Schools is organizing grief counselors for affected students and employees. Two other fatalities occurred in New Hampshire waters on the same day. An investigation into the cause of Keoni's death is underway.
