American high school graduate missing at sea after falling overboard in the Bahamas.

The US Coast Guard has called off its search for Cameron Robbins, an 18-year-old Louisiana high school graduate who fell overboard while on a celebratory boat ride with several hundred students in the Bahamas. Robbins reportedly jumped overboard on a dare during inclement weather. After a two-day, 325-mile search, the Coast Guard ended its search-and-rescue efforts that were coordinated with the Royal Bahamas Defence Force. The school has held multiple prayer vigils over the last couple of days, and the Royal Bahamas Police Force is investigating claims that Robbins leaped into the water on a dare.
