Samsung's Affordable Galaxy Z Fold 6 Variant Rumored to Cost Less Than $1,000

Samsung is reportedly scrapping its plans for the Galaxy Z Fold 6 Ultra and instead releasing the Galaxy Z Fold 6 Fan Edition (FE) at a targeted price of $799. The FE model is expected to make compromises in specifications and materials to reduce costs, potentially including using Samsung's own Exynos chipset instead of Qualcomm Snapdragon, and omitting support for the S-Pen. Despite these compromises, the Z Fold 6 FE aims to bring the exciting foldable technology to a wider audience and compete in the foldable market.
