"Apple's AirPods Max Refresh Delayed Until Late 2024, Still Lacking H2 Chip"

According to Bloomberg's Mark Gurman, Apple is not expected to update the AirPods Max until late 2024, with the only major change being the addition of USB-C charging and new colors. The Lightning port will be replaced with USB-C to comply with European regulations and for consistency across Apple's AirPods lineup. However, Apple does not plan to include the H2 chip and its features like Adaptive Audio and Personalized Volume in the next version of the AirPods Max. The new model may be so similar to the current one that Apple may not even change the generation number. It should be noted that Apple's plans could potentially change before the release of the AirPods Max.
