Vingegaard Dominates Pogacar in Historic Tour de France Time Trial

Jonas Vingegaard extends his lead in the Tour de France by winning the time trial stage with a 98-second advantage over Tadej Pogacar. Vingegaard now leads Pogacar by 1 minute and 48 seconds with five stages remaining. This marks the largest margin of victory in a Tour time trial since 2014 and the biggest blowout in a Tour time trial mile for mile since 1962. Pogacar expressed surprise at the gap and hopes to make up time in the upcoming stages. The race for third place is now closer than the battle for the yellow jersey.
