Tracy accused Tucker of making sexual comments and masturbating during a phone call in April 2022, and she filed a formal Title IX complaint with the university in December. The university's decision to suspend Tucker comes after an independent investigator submitted a report on the case in July. A hearing is scheduled for October 5 and 6.
