Jimmy Garoppolo successfully clears physical, ready for Raiders training camp

Las Vegas Raiders quarterback Jimmy Garoppolo has passed his training camp physical after recovering from foot surgery. Garoppolo injured his left foot in December 2022 while with the San Francisco 49ers and underwent surgery in March. Despite missing voluntary OTAs, Garoppolo is expected to participate in training camp and be ready for the start of the 2023 season. Head coach Josh McDaniels has expressed confidence in Garoppolo's recovery, stating that he has "very good information" and is not anxious about his availability. Veteran quarterback Brian Hoyer has been taking first-team reps in Garoppolo's absence.
