Gunnar Henderson and Corbin Carroll Sweep Rookie of the Year Awards

Baltimore Orioles' Gunnar Henderson and Arizona Diamondbacks' Corbin Carroll have been named the American League (AL) and National League (NL) Rookies of the Year, respectively, in a unanimous decision. Henderson, who played shortstop for the Orioles, hit .255 with 28 home runs and secured all 30 first-place votes. Carroll, an outfielder for the Diamondbacks, hit .285 with 25 home runs and 54 stolen bases.
