Christian McCaffrey and Deebo Samuel Sidelined with Injuries

San Francisco 49ers running back Christian McCaffrey left the game with an oblique injury, becoming the third key offensive player to suffer an injury during the game against the Cleveland Browns. Left tackle Trent Williams and receiver Deebo Samuel also sustained injuries but Williams was able to return. McCaffrey had 43 yards rushing and a touchdown before exiting the game.
