Bills RB Nyheim Hines ruled out for 2023 season with knee injury

Buffalo Bills running back Nyheim Hines is expected to miss the upcoming season due to a knee injury suffered away from the team's facility. Hines, who was set to be the team's primary kick and punt returner, as well as compete for opportunities at running back, was acquired by the Bills last year. With Hines out, the Bills' running back room will rely on James Cook and newly acquired Damien Harris and Latavius Murray, with undrafted free agent Jordan Mims potentially getting more opportunities in training camp. The team may also consider adding another back to the roster.
