Bills' Nyheim Hines to Miss 2023 Season Due to Jet Ski Accident

Buffalo Bills running back and return specialist Nyheim Hines is set to miss the entire 2023 season after sustaining serious but non-life-threatening injuries, including to his knee, in a jet ski accident. Hines was struck by another rider while sitting stationary on a jet ski, and his injuries will require surgery and likely send him to injured reserve. The veteran, acquired by the Bills last year, was expected to contribute as a kick and punt returner and offer experience as a secondary pass catcher. The team has signed veteran free agents Damien Harris and Latavius Murray to provide depth at the running back position.
