Instagram Enables Public Reels Downloads for All Users

Instagram now allows all users worldwide to download public Reels to their devices, with a watermark featuring the account name. Users can turn off the download option for their Reels through settings. Reels with licensed audio clips will not have sound in the downloaded video. Instagram had previously allowed Reels download for U.S.-based users and has now expanded the feature globally.
