France Heightens Security with 7000 Troops Following School Stabbings and Mosque Knife Arrest

France is mobilizing 7,000 soldiers and raising its alert status to "emergency attack" level following the stabbing death of a teacher in Arras by a former student with a history of Islamic radicalization. President Macron described the attack as "Islamist terrorism" and ordered the deployment of soldiers from the Sentinelle force. The attacker, an 18-year-old of Chechen origin, was arrested at the scene. In response to the incident, Macron visited the school and called for unity against terrorism. Additionally, a second security incident occurred when a 24-year-old man, known to be radicalized, was arrested for carrying a knife outside a mosque in Limay.
