Remembering Rosalynn Carter: A Life of Astonishment and Resilience

Former First Lady Rosalynn Carter was laid to rest in Plains, Georgia, where she and her husband, former President Jimmy Carter, were born. The intimate funeral took place at Maranatha Baptist Church, where the couple spent much of their lives. The former president, now 99 and in hospice care, attended the service in a wheelchair.
