Typhoon Haikui wreaks havoc in Taiwan, leaving injuries and power outages

Typhoon Haikui has made landfall in Taiwan, leaving two people injured and nearly 10,000 homes without power. The storm hit the southeastern coastal township of Donghe, causing heavy rains and strong winds.
