Tragic Bucks County Flooding Claims Lives and Leaves 2 Children Missing

The five victims killed in flash flooding in Bucks County, Pennsylvania have been identified as Enzo Depiero, Susan Barnhart, Katheryn Seley, Yuko Love, and Linda Depiero. The deaths were ruled accidental and caused by the flash flooding. Two children, Matilda Sheils (2 years old) and Conrad Sheils (9 months old), are still missing. The search for the missing children resumed, and additional assets from Pennsylvania and New Jersey have been brought in to assist. The flash flooding occurred after heavy rains caused a sudden flood, trapping cars and damaging roads in the area.
