"Ex-Trump Org. CFO Sentenced to 5 Months for Perjury in New York AG Case"

Former Trump Organization CFO Allen Weisselberg has been sentenced to five months in jail for perjury charges after admitting to testifying falsely about the size of Trump's triplex apartment. Weisselberg pleaded guilty to two felony counts and agreed to serve the recommended sentence as part of a plea deal with prosecutors. This is his second guilty plea, following a 2022 plea for tax fraud. Despite plea talks with prosecutors, Weisselberg is not expected to testify against Trump in the New York criminal hush money case, in which Trump is indicted on 34 counts of falsifying business records.
