"Alec Baldwin Faces Second Charge in Fatal 'Rust' Shooting"

Actor Alec Baldwin has been indicted for involuntary manslaughter by a grand jury over the fatal shooting of cinematographer Halyna Hutchins on the set of the movie, Rust. Special prosecutors brought the case before a grand jury in Santa Fe, New Mexico after receiving new analysis of the gun used in the shooting. Baldwin, who was the lead actor and co-producer of the movie, has maintained that he did not pull the trigger, but the new analysis suggests otherwise. The weapons supervisor on the set, Hannah Gutierrez-Reed, has also pleaded not guilty to involuntary manslaughter and evidence tampering.
