Hunter Biden Requests Subpoena of Trump and Former Officials in Gun Case Investigation

Hunter Biden's lawyers are seeking court permission to issue subpoenas to former President Donald Trump, former Attorney General William Barr, and two ex-Justice Department officials for documents that could shed light on whether the federal gun charges he faces were the result of "a vindictive or selective prosecution." The subpoenas are being requested to determine if Trump improperly pressured the DOJ to pursue an investigation and prosecution of Biden. Hunter Biden has pleaded not guilty to the charges and additional tax-related charges could be imminent.
