Ukrainian Drone Strikes Moscow Building, Disrupting Air Traffic

A Ukrainian drone was shot down by Russian air defenses in Moscow, causing damage to a non-residential building and disrupting air traffic at all civilian airports in the Russian capital. There were no casualties reported. This incident follows an increase in drone attacks deep inside Russia, including one over the Kremlin in May. Both Ukraine and Russia deny targeting civilians, but the United States intelligence agencies believe Ukrainian spies or military intelligence were behind the drone strike on the Kremlin. The conflict between Russia and Ukraine, which began in February 2022, has caused widespread devastation and strained Russia's relations with the West.
